Palettes That Photograph Softly

Baby-shower balloons live or die on colour. Get it right and the whole room reads calm and expensive in photos. Get it wrong and everything looks like a novelty shop. We spend real time on the palette, including double-stuffed shades when the in-between colour you want does not exist off the shelf.

Cloud clusters

Rounded clusters of mixed-size balloons floating above the dessert table or drifting up a corner. They read as soft and airy rather than blocky, which suits the pastel palettes almost every shower asks for.

Pastel garlands

A gentle organic garland in creams, blush, sage, dove grey or the exact shade from the invitation. Sized to the wall you have, whether that is a condo living room or a community-hall backdrop.

Bubble balloons & details

Clear bubble balloons filled with confetti or a printed message, plus small accents for the gift table and the chair the guest of honour is definitely going to be seated in for four hours.

The reveal is one moment and it has to work. Here is how we protect it.

  • One person on your side tells us the colour, in writing, and nobody else on your team needs to know.
  • Reveal balloons arrive sealed and opaque, packed so nothing shows through in transit.
  • Confetti-filled reveal balloons pop cleanly and photograph well, indoors or out.
  • We can build the surrounding decor in neutral creams so the reveal colour is the only colour that lands.
  • Prefer a quieter version? A sealed box of balloons opens just as dramatically and makes far less mess.
  • We keep the secret. Truly. It is the single most fun part of the job.

That is the whole point, and yes. One person tells us the colour in writing, we build the reveal sealed and opaque, and nobody else needs to be in on it. We have never spoiled one and we do not intend to start.

Most of them. Blush, sage, dove grey, butter, cream and dusty blue come up constantly, and when the shade you want sits between two stock colours we double-stuff balloons to get there. Send the invitation or a fabric swatch and we will match to it.

Very well. A short garland above the dessert table or a corner cluster gives you the photo backdrop without eating the floor space you need for chairs. We size the piece to the room, not the other way around.

Usually the morning of, inside whatever setup window your venue allows. Air-filled clusters and garlands can go up the day before if you have the room to yourself, which takes the pressure off the morning.

Yes, and we bring venue-friendly fixings so nothing gets damaged. Tell us the venue when you enquire and we will check their setup rules with you.
