Build Your Helium Bouquet, Stem by Stem
Pick your balloons one at a time and watch the bunch come together: latex, bubbles, foil stars and hearts, and the big shiny numbers. Change a colour, add a stem, take one away. When it looks right, send it to us and we will quote it.
What this tool is
A bouquet mock-up you build yourself, right in the browser. Each balloon is a stem you choose the shape and colour of, and the preview updates as you go, so you can see the bunch instead of describing it.
How it works
Add stems until the bunch feels right. Tap a stem to change its shape, colour or number. Send it over with Request this bouquet and the picture comes with it, so we are looking at the same thing you are.
Why it beats a text thread
“Something pink and gold, maybe six of them, with a number 3” can go a lot of ways. A picture of the exact bunch cannot. Build it once and the guesswork is gone for both of us.
The Five Stems You Can Build With
These are the balloons the builder offers, and they are the same ones we actually inflate. Mix them however you like — most bouquets are mostly latex with one or two show-offs in the middle.
11" latex
The everyday round balloon, in any shade from our colour list including chrome, pearl and confetti finishes.
Bubble
The clear stretchy orb. It reads as a big glossy bubble in the bunch and floats longer than latex does.
Foil star
Five points of shine. One or two lifted above the latex is usually all a bouquet needs.
Foil heart
For the anniversaries, the valentines and the “I am sorry about the thing” deliveries.
Foil number
Pick any digit 0 to 9. The milestone birthday workhorse, and the piece people photograph first.
Bouquet Sizes, In Plain English
The builder names your bunch as you add stems, so you know what you are asking for. Bouquets are quoted by size and balloon count, and every quote comes back itemized.
Petite — up to 5 stems
A sweet desk or doorstep gift. Enough to say congratulations without taking over the room.
Statement — 6 to 9 stems
Reads as a proper party bunch. The usual pick for a birthday table or a milestone number.
Showstopper — 10 stems and up
Big enough to start filling a room. Want more than twelve? Say so in the notes and we will build it.
What happens after you send it
Your bouquet picture and stem list land with us straight away. We check the colours and the date, then send back a clear, free quote. Say yes and we inflate it fresh the day it goes out.
Pickup or delivery
Collect your bouquet from one of our pickup locations, or let us hand-deliver it across Vancouver, the North Shore, Burnaby and Richmond. Delivered bunches arrive weighted and ready to stand on their own.
How long they float
Latex helium balloons usually float about 12 to 24 hours. Foils and bubbles hold up for days, sometimes weeks indoors. If it needs to look good all week, ask us about an air-filled piece instead.
