A Small Vancouver Crew That Takes Balloons Seriously
Van Balloons is a small crew building custom balloon decor in Vancouver: garlands, arches, bouquets and the occasional very ambitious ceiling. We design it with you, build it by hand, and install it across Metro Vancouver.
Why the Design Wall Exists
Almost every balloon order used to start the same way: a customer typing something like “sort of blush but not too pink, big ones on top” and then hoping for the best. It worked often enough, and it disappointed people often enough that we built a design wall you could arrange with your own hands before we made it. That wall is now the heart of how we work, and it lives right here on the site.
Built by hand, in Vancouver
Every garland, arch and bouquet is inflated, shaped and quality-checked by our own crew, usually the day before or the morning of your event. Nothing is drop-shipped and nothing is assembled in a parking lot.
Colour taken seriously
Latex colour is where most balloon jobs quietly go wrong. We match to your invitation, your linens or your brand, and double-stuff balloons when the shade you want sits between two stock colours.
Honest about what works
If helium is the wrong call for your timeline, or an arch will not fit the room you have described, we will say so before you book rather than after. It is a shorter conversation and everyone ends up happier.

Pickup, doorstep delivery, or full on-site install with optional teardown.
Where We Deliver and Install
We are based in Vancouver and cover the core of Metro Vancouver as a matter of course: Vancouver, the North Shore, Burnaby and Richmond. We travel further into the Lower Mainland regularly, so if your venue is a little outside that ring, ask. The answer is usually yes.
What We Care About
The short version of our house rules.
- Your design is the brief. If you built it on the wall, that is what we make.
- Quotes are itemized. You should always know what you are paying for.
- Air-filled where longevity matters, helium where the float matters. We will tell you which is which.
- Venues get treated with respect: removable fixings, tidy installs, teardown when you book it.
- We photograph our work, so you can see real builds rather than stock images.
- If something goes wrong on our end, we fix it. Balloons are supposed to be the easy part of your day.
